About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct daily system checks, monitor performance, and perform scheduled hardware maintenance.
• Respond to and resolve incidents per defined SLAs, coordinating with other technical teams when necessary.
• Support system backup, recovery, and infrastructure patching activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and incident resolution records.
• Participate in a 24x7 support rotation, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance.
• 1-8+ years of relevant IT infrastructure or data center experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard enterprise tools.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
• ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience.
• Federal IT or large-scale enterprise infrastructure support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent training.
