Architectural Engineer

Hut 8 is seeking an architectural engineer to support building envelope, layout, permitting, and code-compliance work across data center projects.

What you will do

• Review architectural packages for code, egress, life safety, accessibility, and permit readiness.
• Coordinate envelope, penetrations, access paths, acoustics, and roof-loading needs across disciplines.
• Support RFIs, submittals, punch milestones, and portfolio architectural standards.
• Partner with project teams and authorities having jurisdiction through plan review and approval.

What you bring

• Five or more years of architecture or architectural-engineering experience on industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, egress, life safety, fire-rated assemblies, accessibility, and building-envelope systems.
• Experience with AHJ plan-review cycles and Revit-based packages, specifications, and submittals.
• RA or PE, or a clear path to licensure, is preferred; data center, semiconductor, or industrial experience is a plus.
