BIM Coordinator

LotusWorks is seeking an on-site BIM Coordinator for a hyperscale data center construction project near Boise. The coordinator will support BIM standards, model coordination, technology workflows, and day-to-day collaboration across the project team.

What you will do

• Establish BIM setup, standards, and data-exchange practices.
• Coordinate 3D models with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
• Run clash-detection studies in Navisworks Manage and track issues through completion.
• Maintain model libraries and archive record models at project closeout.
• Provide technical guidance to the on-site field office and project teams.

• Four to seven years of AEC-industry experience, including complex commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience with BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and advanced Navisworks Manage tools.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360.
• Ability to host and document BIM coordination meetings and work with field trades.
• A degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A flexible schedule for extended or off-shift work as construction sequencing changes.
