Job Description
PartnerFirst Solutions is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to grow our partner ecosystem in the Midwest.
Channel Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new channel partners
• Develop partner business plans and enablement programs
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
• Conduct partner training and certification
• Manage partner relationship and conflict resolution
• Achieve quarterly channel revenue targets
Base + bonus with $150K+ OTE
Requirements
• 5+ years channel sales or partner management
• Data center or infrastructure industry experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Experience with partner programs and incentives
• Technical understanding of DC solutions
• Salesforce and partner portal experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
