Critical Infrastructure Engineer II

Flexential is hiring an engineer to maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems at its Portland Hillsboro 2 data center while supporting 99.999 percent mission-critical uptime.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility equipment.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage vendors, and support customer power provisioning.
• Prepare and follow methods of procedure and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage and off-hours maintenance as required.

What you bring

• Two years of data center experience.
• Four or more years of root-cause analysis and troubleshooting in critical infrastructure.
• Experience with building automation and systems including generators, switchgear, UPS, ATS, PDUs, chillers, pumps, AHUs, and CRAHs.
• Relevant military, trade, electrical, mechanical, or engineering experience.
