Data Center Commissioning/Quality Manager

Help deliver reliable AI infrastructure by managing commissioning and construction quality across CoreWeave's data center portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Review commissioning plans, technical records, and contractor work against design intent.
• Inspect installations and witness tests of electrical distribution, generators, UPS, cooling, and controls.
• Coordinate contractors, clients, and project teams; resolve discrepancies and report delivery risks.

Work arrangement

Remote eligible with 50% travel. Candidates must live near Northern Virginia, Dallas, Richmond, Livingston, or Atlanta. Emergency communications outside normal hours are required.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $177,000 to $237,000. Eligible employees receive discretionary bonus and equity opportunities, health coverage, retirement matching, and paid leave.

• Five or more years commissioning MEP systems, ideally in data centers or critical facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage coordination, BMS/EPMS, and NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE standards.
• Strong documentation, Microsoft Office, project organization, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Valid driver's license without significant violations and willingness to travel.
• US work authorization without current or future company sponsorship.
• Commissioning software experience is preferred.
