Data Center Construction Manager

BuildRight DC is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our data center development projects in the Midwest region. Construction Leadership: • Manage ground-up data center construction ($50M-$200M) • Oversee general contractors and trade partners • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence • Manage project budgets and change orders • Coordinate with design and engineering teams • Lead owner's representative activities

• 10+ years construction management experience • 5+ years data center or mission-critical projects • PMP or CCM certification • Strong knowledge of MEP systems • Experience with design-build delivery • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
