Data Center Customer Operations Technician

Complete customer operations work in Equinix’s Kent data center, including queue management, rack-and-stack installations, cross-connects, circuit testing, troubleshooting, asset updates, vendor coordination, and on-site customer support. The technician applies established procedures to moderately complex work, documents each activity, supports process improvements, and helps junior team members and new hires when needed.

• High school diploma and relevant equivalent work experience • Understanding of standard operating procedures and installation/testing methods • Experience with rack-and-stack work, cabling, cross-connects, or circuit troubleshooting • Ability to document work clearly, collaborate across teams, and work directly with customers • Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on data center environment
