Data Center Deployment Technician II

Deploy structured cabling for an enterprise data center project in Spartanburg. This mid-level technician owns fiber and copper labeling, bundling, dressing, routing, porting, and quality checks while following client drawings and standards. The role works independently, documents and reports discrepancies, protects cable bend radius and presentation quality, keeps work areas safe and organized, and provides guidance to Level I technicians when needed.

• Two to three years of hands-on data center experience • Proven experience with fiber-optic and copper structured cabling • Experience labeling, bundling, dressing, routing, and porting cables in live or production environments • Ability to read drawings, scope documents, and labeling standards • OSHA 10 certification • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around raised floors and equipment aisles
