Data Center Hardware Technician

Crusoe is hiring a data center hardware technician for mission-critical modular data center operations in Sunnyvale.

The role blends mechanical/electrical infrastructure support with high-performance compute operations, including operational monitoring, HVAC checks, preventive maintenance, fiber and server troubleshooting, contractor coordination, documentation, and emergency response.

• Hands-on data center hardware, server, network, mechanical, or electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to diagnose fiber network and server-level hardware issues and restore service quickly.
• Comfort working with SOPs, MOPs, vendors, contractors, and on-call response expectations.
• Strong ownership, documentation habits, and safety-minded work practices in mission-critical facilities.
