Data Center Lease Analyst

Support the accuracy, administration, and continuous improvement of CoreWeave’s data center, real-estate, network, and equipment lease portfolio. The analyst maintains lease data and internal controls, interprets commercial terms, coordinates invoice approvals, investigates variances, resolves landlord billing questions, and improves reporting in the lease-management system. This cross-functional role works closely with Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Operations to keep complex lease obligations and expense records reliable.

• 5+ years of corporate lease-administration experience • Strong working knowledge of ASC 842 and lease-accounting principles • Experience abstracting leases and amendments into a lease-management system • Ability to process rent invoices and reconcile operating expenses • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-communication skills • CoStar, Asana, and Google Workspace experience is preferred
