Data Center Manager - Fort Lauderdale

The Data Center Manager leads operations, maintenance, budgeting, service reliability, and staff development for Flexential’s Fort Lauderdale data center.

What you will do

• Manage facility and technical-assistance-center operations and customer SLA performance.
• Lead and coach data center technicians and critical infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee maintenance, vendors, budgets, operational controls, and technical problem-solving.
• Represent Flexential with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What you bring

• Associate degree or five or more years of equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of root-cause analysis and troubleshooting in critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of major electrical, mechanical, cooling, and building systems used in data centers.
• Five or more years in data centers and three or more years of team leadership are preferred.
