Data Center Manager - Plano, TX

Lead CoreWeave's Plano data center team and maintain reliable infrastructure for AI cloud customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct technicians handling installations, hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Develop operating practices, inspect equipment, and coordinate customer projects across teams.
• Own onsite incident response, mentor technicians, and improve facility performance and scalability.

Work arrangement

Fully onsite in Plano. Support a 24/7 operation, including on-call rotations and work outside normal hours.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $95,000 to $105,000. Eligible employees receive discretionary bonus and equity opportunities, employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and tuition support.

• At least five years in data center operations, including two years leading or supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of servers, networking, cooling, management tools, and Linux.
• Effective troubleshooting, decision-making, organization, communication, and team leadership.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in elevated areas, with reasonable accommodations.
• Preferred: IT degree or equivalent experience, scripting, Cisco or Juniper platforms, and Server+ or Network+ certification.
• Must satisfy applicable US export-control access rules.
