Data Center Project Manager

BuildTech Construction is seeking a Project Manager for our data center build-out projects. You'll oversee construction from planning through commissioning. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple data center construction projects ($10M-$50M) • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget • Manage stakeholder communications • Oversee quality control and safety compliance • Lead commissioning and turnover activities

• PMP certification required • 5+ years project management experience • Data center construction experience essential • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering • Strong knowledge of MEP systems • Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 • Excellent communication and leadership skills
