Data Center Real Estate Analyst

DC Capital Partners is hiring a Real Estate Analyst to support data center investment decisions. Analysis Responsibilities: • Build financial models for DC acquisitions • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Analyze site selection criteria (power, fiber, land) • Support due diligence on potential investments • Prepare investment committee presentations • Track industry trends and transactions

• 3+ years real estate or financial analysis • Data center or infrastructure investing exposure • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Understanding of data center economics • Strong research and presentation abilities • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate • CFA progress or MBA preferred
