Data Center Security Engineer - WIDS

Protect CoreWeave's data centers by engineering wireless intrusion detection and integrating alerts into centralized security operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Bastille sensors, survey RF coverage, and detect unauthorized wireless devices.
• Integrate detection events into Genetec, configure escalation workflows, and harden supporting systems.
• Maintain inventories, coverage diagrams, change records, and response playbooks.
• Investigate detection failures and coordinate improvements with security and networking teams.

Work arrangement

Livingston is the listed location; the role can be based at a company hub. Travel may reach 20%, including international trips. After-hours support is required.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary: $122,000 to $179,000 annually, plus eligible bonus, equity, health coverage, retirement matching, and paid leave.

• Five or more years in security, networking, RF, or technical infrastructure engineering and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on WIDS experience; strong Genetec, wireless protocol, Windows Server, TCP/IP, VLAN, and SQL skills.
• Experience integrating vendor platforms and documenting technical systems.
• Preferred: Bastille deployments and relevant wireless, networking, security, or manufacturer certifications.
• Must satisfy applicable US export-control access rules.
