Job Description
Summit Construction Group needs a Site Superintendent for a 12-month data center construction project (150,000 sq ft).
Site Leadership:
• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate MEP trades and resolve conflicts
• Conduct daily meetings and safety briefings
• Review RFIs and submittals
• Track project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
• 7+ years construction superintendent experience
• Data center or mission-critical experience required
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Experience with Procore or similar software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
