Data Center Technician - Afton, TX

Help maintain the availability and reliability of CoreWeave’s AI data center infrastructure in Afton. The role combines hardware and network diagnostics, physical repairs, equipment installation, inventory management, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and support for other data center teams. This is an on-site position in a 24/7 environment with a rotating on-call responsibility and occasional travel to other facilities.

• Experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware • Working experience with Linux operating systems • Data center and computer-networking experience • Ability to lift and position equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and work around racks and ladders • Availability for a flexible 24/7 schedule and rotating on-call coverage • Python, Bash, Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS, or an IT-related associate degree are valued
