Data Center Technician

Maintain the server and network infrastructure supporting AWS data centers across the Boardman, Hermiston, and Umatilla area. The technician installs and repairs hardware, troubleshoots network and server issues, works safely around racks and cabling, responds to incidents, and documents completed work. This is an onsite operations role in a 24/7 environment with regional travel, scheduled maintenance, and on-call responsibilities.

• One or more years of experience troubleshooting computer or server hardware • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to diagnose and repair server and network equipment • Ability to lift and move data center equipment safely • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage • Ability to travel between AWS facilities in the eastern Oregon region
