Data Center Technician

Install, diagnose, maintain, and repair server and network hardware in AWS’s Berwick data center environment. The technician handles physical break-fix work, network and hardware troubleshooting, equipment installation, incident response, maintenance activity, and operational documentation. This onsite role supports highly available infrastructure and includes on-call participation and work in a 24/7 operations setting.

• Experience troubleshooting computer, server, or network hardware • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to diagnose faults and perform hands-on component replacement and repair • Ability to work safely around racks, cabling, and mission-critical infrastructure • Strong documentation, prioritization, and incident-response skills • Availability for on-call rotation and operational coverage as required
