Data Center Technician, CLT DCO

Support AWS data center availability in Hamlet through server installation, hardware break-fix, network diagnostics, operating-system repair, incident response, maintenance, change management, and operational documentation. The role supports 24/7 infrastructure and includes day, night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage. Training or operational needs may also require travel or temporary work at another active facility.

• At least 1 year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in elevated, confined, and industrial areas • Ability to travel or commute between data center locations as business needs require • Layer 1/2 networking, ticketing, and critical-environment experience are preferred
