Data Center Technician - Day/Weekends

Support secure, reliable operations at Netrality’s Kansas City data center on a day-and-weekend schedule. The technician monitors facility conditions, assists with planned maintenance and outages, responds to customer requests, maintains detailed logs, and escalates operational alerts. The role works across technical operations, customer service, physical security, and compliance processes in a live colocation environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent • Two or more years of data center or related technical operations experience • Basic knowledge of data center power and cooling systems • Strong incident logging, alert escalation, and documentation skills • Professional customer-service and communication abilities • Availability for the advertised day-and-weekend schedule
