Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a data center technician to support data center availability and reliability in Frederick, Maryland.
The role works on server rack installations, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, operational incident response, maintenance windows, documentation, and process improvement in a 24/7 data center environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work shift rotations, weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed.
- Ability to perform physical data center work, including lifting, ladder/stair use, and extended standing or walking.
