Data Center Technician

Build and support the server and network infrastructure that powers Hive's artificial-intelligence platform in San Francisco. The technician installs, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs production hardware and software across a high-performance data center environment. The role includes server deployment, PXE provisioning, RAID and SAN work, Linux and network troubleshooting, hardware inventory, component replacement, RMA coordination, documentation, and operational support for AI compute infrastructure.

• Three to five years of data center technician, server hardware, network operations, or related infrastructure experience • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting server and network equipment • Working knowledge of Linux, PXE, RAID, SAN, and network fundamentals • Strong inventory, documentation, ticketing, and RMA-management habits • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work onsite, including shifts or on-call coverage as required • Ability to travel when needed for infrastructure work
