Data Center Technician I

As a Data Center Technician I, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting critical physical hardware and environmental systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for technical work, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Rack, stack, cable, and label servers, network devices, and storage units • Perform hardware installs, replacements, and component swaps (disks, power supplies, fans) • Assist in monitoring power, cooling, and environmental systems (HVAC, CRAC, airflow sensors) • Execute work orders via ticketing systems under guidance from senior technicians • Participate in shift rotations, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations
