Data Center Technician I

Provide physical and Level II technical support in Flexential’s Brentwood data center. The technician monitors alarms, handles remote-hands requests, installs and troubleshoots hardware and cabling, documents work, supports physical security, and maintains clean shift handoffs in a 24/7 operation. This entry-level opportunity combines customer service with hands-on infrastructure work and offers exposure to power, cooling, network, server, and operational systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent • 0–4 years of IT or data center support experience • Familiarity with Windows systems and basic PC troubleshooting • Strong communication, customer-service, and documentation skills • Ability to install cabling, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond to infrastructure emergencies • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts
