Data Center Technician - Miami, FL

Maintain the hardware and network infrastructure supporting CoreWeave's AI cloud in Miami.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers, storage, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
• Diagnose faults, replace components, provision devices, and install operating systems.
• Maintain inventory, tickets, operating procedures, and secure equipment areas.
• Share technical knowledge and support readiness across operations teams.

Work arrangement

Salaried and fully onsite. Rotating on-call coverage requires living within 60 minutes of the site and responding onsite within that window. Travel may reach 15%. Level is determined during interviews.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $65,000 to $85,000, plus eligible bonus, equity, health insurance, retirement matching, and paid leave.

• Hardware assembly and troubleshooting experience or relevant coursework.
• Familiarity with Linux and basic networking; sound prioritization and communication.
• Ability to handle 50-pound equipment, small components, ladders, confined areas, and hot/cold aisles, with reasonable accommodations.
• Preferred: IT degree or equivalent experience, enterprise data center work, scripting, Cisco/Juniper platforms, or CompTIA credentials.
• Applicable US export-control eligibility.
