Job Description
MegaScale Hosting is seeking a Director of Data Center Operations to lead our East Coast operations across 5 facilities.
Strategic Leadership:
• Oversee 100+ staff across multiple data centers
• Develop operational strategies and KPIs
• Manage $20M+ annual operating budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure 99.999% uptime SLAs
• Partner with executive team on growth strategy
Requirements
• 10+ years data center operations experience
• 5+ years senior leadership experience
• CDCE or equivalent certification
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record managing large teams
• Strong P&L management experience
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication
• Experience with colocation and cloud services
