Director of Market Development

Beale Infrastructure develops digital infrastructure and data center solutions in partnership with technology companies, communities, and utilities. This director will build market-development and stakeholder-engagement strategies that support the approval and long-term operation of new data center projects in Kansas.

What you will do

• Create market-development roadmaps and community-engagement strategies.
• Build relationships with local and state stakeholders.
• Support site approvals, public engagement, and economic-development incentives.
• Manage external advisors, agencies, and issue-response programs.

• Ten or more years in public affairs, government relations, corporate communications, or economic development.
• Experience in technology, infrastructure, or real-estate development.
• Knowledge of public-policy processes, regulatory environments, and economic-development incentives affecting data centers.
• Demonstrated strategic communications, stakeholder-relations, and issues-management experience.
• Hyperscale data center, workforce-development, or ESG experience is preferred.
