Fiber Optic Technician - OSP

FiberLink Infrastructure needs a Fiber Optic Technician to install and maintain outside plant (OSP) fiber connecting our data centers. Fiber Responsibilities: • Install and splice single-mode and multi-mode fiber • Perform OTDR testing and troubleshooting • Maintain fiber patch panels and distribution frames • Document fiber routes and splice points • Respond to fiber cuts and outages • Work in manholes and aerial environments

• 2+ years fiber optic installation experience • FOA CFOT certification preferred • Proficiency with fusion splicing • Experience with OTDR and power meters • Comfortable working outdoors and underground • Valid driver's license • Ability to lift 75 lbs
