Field Operations Manager-Data Center (HVAC)

F6 Data Solutions is seeking a people-and-technical leader responsible for the performance, development, readiness, and employee experience of assigned field personnel supporting data center HVAC work.

What you will do

• Own performance management, coaching, hiring, development, retention, and workforce planning.
• Partner with project managers and site leads to align skills and staffing with field work.
• Manage safety, quality, customer experience, utilization, travel cost, and workforce accountability.
• Build technical and leadership capability across field-service teams.

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, data centers, industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, or a comparable technical environment.
• Strong people-management, communication, workforce-planning, and performance-management skills.
• Data center experience is preferred.
