HVAC Field Service Technician II

Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of hyperscale data center cooling equipment throughout Virginia and other assigned regions. Work includes functional checks, installation verification, mechanical and electrical diagnostics, field reporting, and coordination with senior technicians and commissioning teams. Project assignments may require extensive travel. The company covers flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and provides a food per diem for qualifying travel.

• 3–7 years of HVAC, mechanical-system, or industrial-equipment experience • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and basic electrical-controls experience • Ability to read mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, and electrical schematics • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to fly to work regions • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work extended hours in active construction environments • Hydronic, chilled-water, controls, chiller, or data center experience is preferred
