HVAC Field Service Technician II

Start up, commission, and troubleshoot mission-critical cooling equipment supporting hyperscale data centers. Based in the Milwaukee area, this field role works with CRAH and CRAC units, in-row heat exchangers, data center air handlers, chilled-water and glycol systems, pumps, valves, controls, and electrical components. The technician completes inspections and functional tests, diagnoses performance issues, supports project teams, and maintains clear startup, safety, and troubleshooting documentation.

• Three or more years of HVAC, mechanical-systems, or industrial-equipment experience • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; hydronic-system experience is preferred • Ability to read mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, and electrical schematics • Basic troubleshooting experience with 24V controls and 120V/480V systems • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to fly to project regions • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and travel up to 100% depending on project assignment
