HVAC Service Technician III (Data Centers)

Lead advanced startup, commissioning support, and troubleshooting for mission-critical data center cooling systems across Arizona project sites. The technician works with CRAH, CRAC, air-handling, hydronic, chilled-water, glycol, pump, valve, sensor, and control systems while guiding other field technicians through complex issues. Travel expenses are covered when project travel is required, and overtime may be available during critical startup periods.

• Advanced commercial HVAC, industrial equipment, controls, or data center cooling experience • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Ability to lead equipment startup and functional commissioning activities • Ability to read system documentation and identify installation or performance deficiencies • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work extended hours in active construction environments • OSHA, NFPA 70E, HVAC, or OEM startup credentials are preferred
