Lead Data Center Delivery Engineer

Lead the hands-on delivery of Submer modular AI data centers built around high-density liquid cooling. The engineer owns field execution from site readiness through installation, MEP integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer handover while coordinating engineering teams in the United States and India. The role connects product development with field deployment, validates designs against real site conditions, brings monitoring and controls online, and ensures modular systems arrive site-ready and reach stable operation.

• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on field experience • Direct experience deploying and commissioning data centers, not solely program oversight • Strong practical knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling loops, pumps, heat exchangers, plumbing, and fluid handling • Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks, or related structural and piping tools • Knowledge of thermal-fluid design, mechanical packaging, closed-loop fluid dynamics, structural piping, and materials compatibility • Experience leading technical teams across sites or geographies • Ability to work onsite in Houston and travel to deployment locations • Modular, prefabricated, high-density AI, or HPC deployment experience is preferred
