Lead Security Officer

Cologix is hiring a lead security officer to protect its Ashburn data center, support customer access, and maintain security operations in a 24/7 critical-infrastructure environment.

What you will do

• Lead daily security activity, incident response, access control, and video monitoring.
• Support customer security requests, audits, and facility access needs.
• Maintain accurate security logs, access records, and incident documentation.
• Promote professional, vigilant, and customer-focused security practices.

What you bring

• Two to five years of security experience, preferably in critical infrastructure.
• High school diploma or equivalent and prior lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with access-control and video-management systems.
• CPR/First Aid, Guard Card, or security-supervisor credentials and SOC 2 or ISO 27001 familiarity are valued.
