Principal Data Center Construction Manager

Provide senior construction oversight and technical leadership for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data centers delivered by colocation providers. The manager leads base-building and MEP project execution, maintains schedules, evaluates delivery risks, and coordinates tenant fit-out work with design, construction, and commissioning teams. The role also directs quality assurance, design coordination, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, provider evaluation, and mitigation plans so projects meet Oracle’s schedule, quality, sustainability, and infrastructure requirements.

• Six to ten or more years of relevant construction and project-delivery experience • Deep data center construction expertise, particularly base-building and MEP infrastructure • Proven schedule, risk, quality, design-coordination, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to independently evaluate project delivery risk and drive mitigation • Strong written and verbal communication • U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship for this position
