Remote Hands Technician

HandsOn DC Services provides remote hands support for colocation customers. We're hiring technicians for our Newark facility. Remote Hands Tasks: • Execute customer service requests (reboots, cable swaps) • Perform visual inspections and photo documentation • Ship and receive customer equipment • Install and decommission servers • Escort customers and vendors • Maintain accurate ticketing and logs

• 1+ years IT or data center experience • CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge • Strong customer service skills • Ability to follow detailed instructions • Basic networking and server knowledge • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs • Flexible schedule for rotating shifts
