Senior Construction Manager - Data Center Construction

Represent CoreWeave onsite and lead hyperscale data center construction from planning through final turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage general contractors, contracts, budgets, schedules, and committed service-readiness dates.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage work, including commissioning.
• Inspect progress against drawings and specifications; identify cost, quality, and delivery risks.
• Keep leadership informed of financial performance, project milestones, and corrective actions.

Work arrangement

Based in West Chicago, Illinois, with regular travel to project sites.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $143,000 to $210,000, plus eligible discretionary bonus, equity, health coverage, retirement matching, and paid leave.

• Relevant bachelor's degree and at least seven years managing construction projects.
• Three or more years directly managing data center construction with substantial MEP scope.
• Experience delivering projects with contract values above $100 million.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling, redundancy, estimating, schedules, and project management software.
• Valid driver's license without significant violations.
• PMP, LEED AP, and commissioning or electrical coordination experience are preferred.
• Must meet applicable US export-control access requirements.
