Solutions Engineer - Data Center

CompuNet is seeking a Modern Infrastructure Solutions Engineer in Bozeman to support customers through both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. The role spans data center, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure.

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams on technical strategy and solution design.
• Create bills of materials, diagrams, and statements of work.
• Implement designed systems and produce post-project documentation.
• Train administrators and build relationships with technology partners.
• Design across compute, storage, virtualization, data protection, cloud, and networking technologies.

• Three to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience with converged or hyperconverged systems, storage, virtualization, and data protection.
• Working knowledge of vSphere or Hyper-V and foundational networking concepts.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Windows Server, backup, disaster recovery, or business continuity is valuable.
• Ability to manage concurrent customer projects and explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
