Sr. Manager, White Space Design

Own the white-space design strategy and Basis of Design for CoreWeave’s global data center portfolio. The senior manager evaluates layouts, high-density cooling, power distribution, low-voltage pathways, constructability, and capacity while guiding internal engineers and outside design consultants. This is both a technical and people-leadership role, partnering daily with Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Commissioning to carry scalable designs from concept through construction handoff.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 15+ years in data center design, mission-critical infrastructure engineering, or white-space design leadership • Deep knowledge of PDU, RPP, busway, containment, remote CDU, fan-wall, and high-density cooling systems • Experience reviewing drawings, submittals, RFIs, and design changes • Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Asana, or Smartsheet • PE, RCDD, or PMP certification is preferred
