Supervisor, Critical Operations

Lead the tactical operation and maintenance of QTS electrical, mechanical, fire-life-safety, plumbing, controls, and other critical infrastructure at an Atlanta data center. The supervisor coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, vendors, customer installations, work orders, operating procedures, budgets, and capital-equipment planning. This fully onsite role supports a 24/7/365 environment and directly supervises, trains, coaches, and develops Critical Operations Technicians.

• Four or more years of relevant workplace or industry experience • Previous direct or indirect people-leadership experience • Ability to analyze critical systems, identify faults, and direct corrective action • Strong customer-service, communication, and incident-management skills • Ability to support a 24/7/365 data center environment • Six or more years of experience and data-center leadership experience are preferred
